Are you an IT professional?

I work in phone support for a major ISP. I've been doing it for 6 months and find myself in need of an ergonomic mouse. My wrist and clicking finger are feeling the strain.  

I'm right handed and have looked at some of the vertical mice and am intrigued but the ones that come in at ~100 bucks don't seem to rate any higher than those at half or less of that price.

So if you spend your days and nights with a mouse in your hand I would really welcome your input here.
