Not to bone pick, but your title says 570, your post says 670, which one is it ?

Either way, it should fit the board, AND the case. (unless all your drive cages are filled).

A typo. 670 is the one and I decided to go with full ATX Asrock Z77 Extreme4 but Zotac's card has 3-slot cooler. Will it fit?

Yes it will fit, it will take up 3 slots, if you ever plan to SLI that card, it's pretty much thrown out the window. Another good alternative and really well priced card is the EVGA GTX 670 FTW, it's a 2 slot card and will allow you to SLI with another card in the future. The EVGA GTX 670 FTW even beats the reference GTX 680 out the box in most games while costing almost $100 cheaper. I have that card and it runs any game I throw at it on Ultra at 1080p with 60+ FPS with VSYNC including BF3.

We don't have EVGA's cards in Croatia an I will never use dual GPU system. So, it will really fit on that mobo and inside that case?

Yes, it will fit on that mobo fine (Because it has PCI-E x16 slots needed for the GPU.) It will also fit inside that case fine too. Just make sure your PSU is up to snuff to handle the card and the rest of your system.
