you are absolutely fine. your system with that card will not draw over 235 watts. dell PSUs are not the best but they are not a flaming brick like a diablotek.

btw, blow the dust off that cpu heatsink.

YES!

You can get a 7770 (May i recommend the Asus because it is quiet and cool), and the power supply will handle it fine.
