Benchmarks based on NotebookCheck (link at bottom) shows that the GT 650 performs 22% better than the dual GPU cards. The Ivy Bridge architecture should be able to decimate the A10 processor even at lower clocks.

the 650m and the dual graphics are 1% difference on the 3dmark...

I'd say it really comes down to if you want a 15.6" laptop or a 17.3" one. The 650m will be faster generally by a small margin.

it will be ddr5 for both as the 7670m and the 650m both use ddr5. I think the other poster missread the 7640g+7670m instead of the 7660G+7670m.

quote The graphics card uses a 128-Bit wide memory interface with either the more common but slower DDR3 for VRAM or the more expensive and faster GDDR5 end of quote

the 15" one is the AMD one and the 17" one is the nvida/intel one.

How mobile do you care about your laptop? the 17" would be hard to bring anywhere generally but does offer the better performance.
