Looks like a great machine. How much do you want to spend on the mobo?
100$ Gigabyte GA-Z77-DS3H
140$ ASRock Z77 Extreme4
190$ Asus P8Z77-V PRO

There are also many other higher priced ones available. Also I am not a motherboard expert but those 3 look good for their price range.

You also might want to think about getting an SSD.

switch the gtx 680 for something like this
http://www.amazon.com/Galaxy-GeForce-Express-Graphics-6...

custom cooling and uses a 680 setup(PCB and the connectors). also is one of the more highly rated ones for overclocking and such.

i got the same exact monitor also bought a nivdia 3D vision 2 so i can play games such as skyrim and batman on 3D which was pretty cool.

i wouldn't really get black widow, it felt way to overpriced for the quality they were putting into it. i would suggest something like a Corsair k90 but even that is overpriced and still has higher quaility than the blackwidow(don't read the old reviews of it, they updated the buggy software and made it way better.

i would say change tghe WD 1tb to a seagate barracuda and try to fit inside an SSD. would recommend this for its price and speed
http://www.amazon.com/SanDisk-Extreme-2-5-Inch-Solid-SD...
uses toggle which is one of the fastest out right now and is very reliable.

i am not a fan of ASrock(got me a defected problem with it and trying to RMA it still) so i would choose Gigabyte or MSI for a nice budget board

recommend this one
http://www.amazon.com/Gigabyte-CrossFireX-DispayPort-Mo...

also if you are only gaming then turn the i7 into an i5 and change the 850 down to a 750w

in my experience with headsets, surround sound was always bad, i would rather get something like a sennheiser(have my pc360 right now and it is perfect but it is not noise canceling) but logitech is already a great brand for making headsets and such that it i would still probably use it. also please note that the pc360 is more of a gaming headset and is very bad with music. And another thing that i seen a lot of my friends get is the Corsair headsets, they don't seem to bad and the mic is sounds pretty decent in skype chats.
http://www.amazon.com/Corsair-CA-9011112-WW-Vengeance-G...

they are both priced pretty similar so it will your choice.

also forgot to mention to switch the ram down to 8GB 2x4GB and try to find low profile ones so you can fit inside a cooler
