So I downloaded speed fan because my computer have been restarting lately, and temp 2 is 127c why is it so hot can someone explain me temp 2 or/and a solution to this problem

TMPIN2 is the northbridge on most motherboard, depending on how old your motherboard is it could be different, do you know what model your motherboard is? Most of the time the temps in monitoring programs are not accurate try using a couple different ones and see if you get the same result. Heres one that you can try.

127 is just a big misread as is 255/256. I have even seen things like 60 all the time as well(they never change or anything).

If no sensor is connected to an input on the monitoring chip all kinds of fun stuff happens.

You can disable display of it in the configure menu.
