Hi guys I've got a nvidia GeForce 9500 512mb and I won't to replace it for a new graphics card because it freezes my computer when I play minecraft after about 10 mins.

Could you suggest any graphics cards under £30 (the creeper the better)
That would work on a 400w psu

Thanks in advance

For that money, you're going to have to go via E-bay, mate.
Before you start spending, carry out a few chaecks first.
Download GPU-Z it's free :) and use it to check the graphic card temperature and fan speed, I suspect your problem is temperature related.

Ok thank you I will try what you said
I've been looking on eBay for about 30 mins now but I'm a bit of a noob and don't really no what I'm looking for

Those look OK.
BUT.
With GPU-Z running, play the game for a few minuets, then recheck the temperatures, do n'y worry, GPU-Z will keep logging the data while the game is runing.
Another, possible cause is the CPU overheating, try RealTemp to check that temperature-again it'll log while the game is running.
The 9500 is quite a weak card, but with the PSU being an unknown quantity I'll suggest you keep away from anthing too strong as a replacement.
This should be helpful, particularly the chart at the end;
