Amd apu are much better than fx.currently intel's igpu is not so good

I would go for the A10-5800K then, that should be around 7000-8000 Rupees (converted from Pounds Sterling)

No AMD RAM won't work better, it is just brand named therefore will probably cost more. I'm not too sure what kind of RAM APUs require, I would guess same as normal RAM.

If you only want 4GB RAM, I would buy 2x 2GB sticks of Corsair Vengeance 1600mhz
