its an amd athlon 64 x2
idle core0 - 22c core1 - 25c
load 100% core 0 - 74c core 1 - 69c

and for thoes who saw my post of the 6 core the prob is my pc only was reading 4 i have a black edition in the mail coming now

Your idle temps seem nice and cool but you probably have Cool'N'Quiet on for that. Your load temperatures seem a bit high in my opinion for an AMD processor. Either way let me know the exact model of your processor so I can look up the max temperature online for it from AMD's website.

My idle temps are nice because the cpu and heat sink are lapped if you dont know what that is there are a milling videos on youtube but my cpu is an amd athlon 64 x2 4200+ 2.20ghz BUT mine is oc to 2.556 ghz

yes ther both where lapped with 400-600-1000-1500-2000 grit sand paper
and my voltage is now as lo as i can get it whth out being un stabe now the temps are core0 - 69---core 1 - 68
