Your idle temps seem nice and cool but you probably have Cool'N'Quiet on for that. Your load temperatures seem a bit high in my opinion for an AMD processor. Either way let me know the exact model of your processor so I can look up the max temperature online for it from AMD's website.

My idle temps are nice because the cpu and heat sink are lapped if you dont know what that is there are a milling videos on youtube but my cpu is an amd athlon 64 x2 4200+ 2.20ghz BUT mine is oc to 2.556 ghz

If this is your processor:
http://www.cpu-world.com/CPUs/K8/AMD-Athlon%2064%20X2%2...

Then you are running hot with that processor. If you altered the voltage, try lowering it a bit more and see if you can lower it as much as possible while still maintaining stability. Also I take it you lapped the heatsink very well?
