Depends on the strength of your power supply. We need to know the wattage. It will be nearly impossible to make a recommendation with out knowing that.

the radeon 6450s are probably the best you'd want to use. The sempron is really weak and more powerful graphics cards would be a waste.

the 6450s should also run with almost any powersupply as well.

I would also recommend you use a 6450, especially with that power supply. It may or may not handle a 7750.
But don't get your hopes up, you're using an antique processor on an outdated platform, so you won't even be playing most modern games, let alone be seeing acceptable framerates. If you want to game you ought to upgrade your whole platform.

You'd have to buy individual components and build a system. Entry-level gaming systems usually use these components:
core i3 2120 processor - $110
asrock h61m-dgs motherboard -$45
4gb g.skill ddr3 1333 ram - $21
Rosewill power supply - $55
MSI R7770 graphics card - $125
Reusing the case and hard drive, for a total of $356. Don't forget about possible needs for wifi and other accessories.

Well, that's what a platform upgrade is: you basically change the innards of your computer. I would highly recommend getting parts separately, you can save a lot of money that way.
