Can my system run Amd radeon hd 7770 phenom ii x4 specs included

I have a computer with windows xp, ati radeon graphics, and amd Athlon 64 processor also a gig of ram and 160 om the hard drive and I was wondering if I were to put those into my computer would it work?

Look on the motherboard manufacturers website to see if you motherboard can support the CPU and if it has a PCIE x 16 slot then you can use the graphics card as long as your power supply has enough watts. If your CPU is a single core then most likely the answer is no and if its yes you need more RAM as well.
