Lf Tower for games like Tera online. Need payment plan

Hello, I'm Looking For a Computer that would run Games like tera online at high to full graphics, already put together, that doesn't cost a ton. If i can get a link or something that would be fantastic, it would be nice if the seller had a payment plan or somethin.

Just got word from the lady, Said it's gotta have some sort of payment plan. Nothing too exspensive. and preferably not dell.
