Gigabyte z68xp-ud3 problem bluescreen

Hey.
I bought a new pc system for about 6 months ago.
This have brought me alot of trouble from day one.

I keep getting bluescreens all the time and ive tried to install windows 7 numerious times.

Lets start with my systems spec:
cpu: Intel core i3 2105
Mainboard: Gigabyte Z68XP-UD3P
Memory: Patriot viper II Sector 7 PC3-12800 1600MHz (3x2GB)
Graphic card: Gigabyte Radeon HD6870 1GB GDDR5
PSU: corsair 850w

Ill first explain when i get the problem.
I often get a bsod when im transferring files both on the same hdd or to an another hdd. It happends very rarely on games or other programs so its not overloaded.
when i use bluescreenviewer it says that intel memory managment is the problem so ive updated all the drivers to the newest ones possible and ive even updated the bios to the newest one.
Ive tried to install windows 7 alot of times and checked the bios for anything but its all stock settings so it shouldnt be a problem.
The bsod is very random and can happen from when i start the computer or it can happen after several hours of gaming or file transfer so its no exact thing i do to unleash the problem.
The only thing wich isnt new is the hdd which came from an another computer.
My guess now is that one of the hdd is broken of some kind but they all work and do what they are supposed to do but since the problem occurs while im transferring a file im thinking that the hdd may be the problem. Why im thinking that is because last year my computer got attacked by a lightning strike and grilled the psu and the mainboard (and probably the rest too) but the hdd still worked so im still using them and they work fine (as far as i know) but they may have been damaged by it. One more thing that could be a problem is the chipset since its the driver to intel memory managment which crashes. Ive tried memtest to check the memory bricks but that didnt give me anything else than the wait.
Is it easier for you if i link a picture of the bsod viewer?

Therefor i ask you if you got some tip or answers to my problem? ive tried to search for faults on the mainboard but i didnt find anything useful

Any answer is useful to solve this :)

Best regards
