Greetings guys.

I bought a Gigabyte 580 (GV-N580UD-15I rev 101) and i have been getting constant tearing and kernal crashes when playing most games.

I contacted Gigabyte and they suggested i delete the drivers then let the pc install them again which has helped but i still get tearing some times.

A solution i have found due to my constant trolling of the internets is to install a new bios.

I am at the point where i have nothing left to lose but for the life of me i cant figure how to do it.

I running the stock standard f1 bios.

Every attempt results in wrong bios for your card or bios in not a match.

Ty for anyones help in advance.

make a backup of your current bios, get radeon bios editor, and atiwinflash, load the bios into radeon bios editor, and get it to detect atiwinflash, and click force reprogram, flash away

now let me make note of this MAKE SURE TO BACK UP THE BIOS OR YOU MAY END UP VERY SORRY :)
