Everything looks good to me. I'd swap that Gigabyte 660 for an MSI 660. The MSI 660 is whisper quiet, runs cool (according to Techpowerup) and heatsink/heatpipes are fully nickel plated (unlike the Gigabyte) so you don't need to worry about oxidation to the copper contacts in a few years.

Based on your preference for the case and keyboard/mouse, I suppose you are going to game on it ?

If you have any budget left over at all, I'd put in an SSD. They are cheap (comparatively) right now. And if you want some better loading times/general performance on your HDD, swap your Seagate (with only a 1 year warranty) for a WD Black (with 5 years of warranty).

Any recommended size for the SSD? And thanks I switched over to the MSI graphics card.

Depends on your needs. For only OS, and some programs, I am using 60GB and find it to be adequate but not in the future. I'd say a 120GB for you would be good, put the games on the HDD.
