$1400 Budget PC

I want to get a new computer for HD video editing and some gaming like borderlands 2 and such so I have saved up 1400 dollars to buy it and not a penny more unless it's the ultimate $5 dollar part! Please give me some suggestions. I was thinking about an i5 3570k for the cpu and not any crazy graphics card though but nothing crap.
Thanks
