Help with what graphics card I should use?

Last response: in Graphics & Displays

Purchased i5-3570k, it has the Intel Graphics 4000 built inside. I'm replacing a machine that has a PNY GeForce GT 430 (Fermi) 1GB Video card installed, so I CAN re-use this video card if I want to? Also, I have a PowerColor Go! Green AX5450 512MK3-SH Radeon HD 5450 (Cedar) 512MB Video Card I could use also?

My question is this: Which of the three graphics solutions should I use?

The machine is strictly going to be used as a video transcoding, bluray playing/burning machine... I think the answer is: Stick with the newer Geforce GT card, but I'd really like to get a few more opinions?

Thanks for any/all help!

the 430 will work and be faster than the 5450, the 5450 is slower than the hd4000.
