Is the OCZ/Silverstone Heavy Duty SLI 850W any good?? or should i get a 850w "cosair" AX-850 ATX Power Supply, 80 plus... which is a little bit more expensive

The definition of "good" depends entirely on what it will be used for.

it would be used for gaming not hardcore though

and my specs may be this :
Power Supply - Hytec/Hipro heavy duty low noise 850w
Motherboard - ASRock(Asus) Z77 PRO3 4xDDR3 SATA3 7.1GBLAN
CPU - Ivy bridge Intel Core i5 3570k 3.4GHz quad core cpu
CPU Cooling - thermaltake ISGC 300 low noise CPU fan & heatsink
Graphics Card - AMD/ATI HD 7950 3 GIG DVI/HMI/DP
Hard Disk Drive - 1 terrabyte seagate SATA 3 7200rpm
RAM - 8 gig 1600Mhz DDR3 G.Skill Ripjaws
OS - windows 7

u dont need tahat much power around a 500-550 watt will do

Get a Corsair HX750. Its the same performance of a AX750 but its cheaper...

Hi - bdittytampa linked you a great value for a
quality psu with more power than you need.
A tx650 v2 @ $50net is a steal.

for $10 - I would choose enthusiast grade 650 over budget/entry
level 600 everytime.
