I'm building a new computer and a already have/defiantly getting:
Phantom 410
Intel i7 3770K
1TB Seagate HDD
128GB SanDisk Extreme
2x8GB DDR3 G.Skill RAM
Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO

I'm not sure about what to get for my:
Motherboard SLI/Crossfire capable(150$ budget)
Video Card (240$ budget)
PSU atleast 650W(120$ Budget)

It will fit an ATX capable case. It just wont be on one of the motherboard stands. This is not a problem and a few motherboards on the market are like this as well but just be careful when plugging in things or installing stuff while its attached to the case as it could flex and damage the board.
