I couldnt decide ( hd7850 stock or o.c)

i am planning to buy a new system. there are two option for me (graphic card)

is there a big difference between them? i know stock has 860mhz core clock, o.c 920mhz. if i buy the stock one, which disadvantages lower core clock will give me? and what the other important differences?
