CPU usage way higher than expected!

First of all, here is my specs

Specs:

Fractal Design Define R4 Black Pearl
XFX ProSeries Core Edition 650W PSU
Intel(R) LGA1155 Core i5-3570
ASUS P8B75-M, socket-1155
Crucial DDR3 BallistiX 1600 MHz 8GB kit
ASUS Geforce GTX670 2GB DC II PCI-E 3.0
Samsung DVD RW SH-224BB/BEBE SATA BLACK
Seagate Barracude(R) 1TB SATA3.0 (7200 RPM) 64 MB Cache

I experience CPU usage of 100% while gaming, is this normal with my current setup? I did believe the i5-3570 could handle better GPUs, I'm very sad that adding a better GPU would bottleneck. :??:

No, and I'm even monitoring all 4 cores usage while ingame.

I remember that Crysis 2 maxed out my Athlon easily, so if Crysis 3 is a lot more demanding, then yes that would be normal.
As for Planetside 2 it's one of the most CPU dependent games out there, so 100% CPU utilisation is to be expected.
