Problem HELP

Recently built a new system and for about two weeks it has been running absolutely fine. However when i was on it yesterday playing Tropico 4 it suddenly stops working. I got to turn it on agian thinking it has just crashed or somthing and it wont turn on. There is a light on the motherboard that shows it is getting power it just wont turn on. When i do press the on button there is a sound that comes from the fans as though they are going to start up.

Does any one have any ideas what has happened?

Intel 15-3450 3.1ghz with stock cooler
VTX3d low profile 7750
32gb msata drive
120gb sandisk extreme drive
400w ezcool tfx psu
8gb 1333mhz kingston ram

try resetting the CMOS first.(ie taking out the battery on motherboard) if still not booting, problem can be with ram/motherboard.. problem with cpu is very rare..
