Help please

would there be any problems using a x4 965 with a gtx 670?
i would overclock the cpu aswell, and if there is any problems would it be noticeable?
my mobo is this Asus M5A78L-M/USB3 if that matters

There shouldn't be any problem with motherboard. If you are going to have any issues, more likely to be with power supply, if you are re-using existing. If it's reasonably new, and 500+ watts should be OK. If it's old, and/or sub 500w, then you may be well advised to update it.

Not the world's favourite PSU manufacturer, but 600w is more than enough, and provided it's not old, you should be OK. Put it this way, if it was more than a couple of years old, or perhaps even if it wasn't, if funds were available, I'd think about changing to, say, 550w XFX, or Seasonic. Having said that, not all OCZ's are total c**p.
