Hyper 212 - Slow fan speed setting off Asus fan speed warning

I just installed a Hyper 212 EVO on an ASUS P8Z77-V Pro motherboard. When I first boot and go into the BIOS I get a warning that my CPU fan speed is only 550RPM. Shouldn't it be running faster? I don't see a way to make it go any faster...

It should be spinning at about 2000RPM. But I think that it spins faster when it's under a load. And if you really want to make it spin faster there should be an option in bios, put the fan speed on AUTO, or use CPU-z or the original cooler master soft to make it go faster.
