Okay, I was just curious can not having a good upload lag your game when youre streaming? Cause im at my girlfriends and her uppload isnt that great, and im having a hard time not lagging in minecraft while im streaming. I have an i5-2400, 8gigs of ram, and a hd5770, so I would think I could stream it no problem, but when I start streaming my fps drops from 180fps to like 30-40.. is the I5 2400 not good for streaming? or is it the upload rate. I figured the upload rate would only lag the stream itself.

No, the upload speed shouldn't affect your framerate at all. What program are you using to upload?

The internet appears to hold back the entire computer since it seems to be lag spikes with your computer needing more bandwidth than is there.

Just stop the streaming (really who's watching?) and maybe settle for a recording program to later upload.

I found out it was cause I didnt set the program to Diasble Aero on start up, after doing that, the lag stopped.
