Custom toolbar located on the taskbar

I have a custom toolbar which I created and pointed to a specific server,
then I imaged that hdd and it all works, now we are moving app servers and
now this toolbar will break. I tried looking in the registry but couldnt
find a thing. Is there anyway to possibly fix this without going around to
all the desktops..?

I'm sure there is a registry setting somewhere that holds this info..
