Dual Monitors- Extend taskbar

I want to extend my taskbars from one monitor to another kinda like eyefinity i used to have with my old GPU. I have a gtx680 but nvidia surround only works with 3 monitors... I'm wondering how i can extend it so the bar is extended (not duplicated), so the start and icons on one monitor and it extends to the other monitors end with the notifications area. (again simular to eyefinity but with 2 monitors)

there is a software called ultramon which can do this... but not for free

i have 2 monitors so i cant do surround thus i do not have that option to enable taskbar span

ahh ok I thought you said that you had surround enabled. glad that ultramon worked for you

why isnt there like a standard one like in windows 8 where the desktop is spanned on all monitors?

for some reason it was omitted in windows 7... haven't played around with windows 8 yet but glad to hear that they included that option this time around
