Increase my laptops graphic card

i have a Sony VAIO VPCEH37FX/B Laptop with Intel(R) HD Graphics Family and approx memory of 1696 MB, i5 processor and 6 gb memory. I just want to know whether i can increase my laptop's graphic memory and upgrade the graphic card to NVIDIA?

Sadly, you cannot upgrade the GPU of that particular laptop, only high end gaming laptops allow you to do this. You will either have to sell your current one and get a better one or cope with your current one for gaming.
 
You arent going to be upgrading that laptop anytime soon. Only very high end gaming laptops, like super high end Alienwares and other brands, allow swapping of graphics cards.

Even then, the cards are close or above $500.

You could either just sit with what you have or sell it and get a better one, or build yourself a gaming computer instead.
