Middle-of-the-road & QUIET

Hi - I'm looking for a mid-price ($200 - $250) GPU that is very quiet. I will not be doing heavy gaming or overclocking ... or any dual card set-up ... just a lot of video rendering and Photoshop. Would like some feedback if CUDA support is really necessary for Adobe apps and Vegas Pro .... or just some minor improvement. Does anyone have any recommendations as to which brands are the best? Thanks.

A friend of mine has a Sapphire HD 7850 that is very quiet I can not say on the Nvidia side as I have not used one since the 7800GS(AGP) to many driver problems for me. His system is very quiet and does use a lot of Adobe apps that all seem to run quite good. Hope that helps some with what you need.
