Case fans question

So my case I am going to get has molex fans. I don't know if i need anything special to make it work. This is my case and PSU.

    Your PSU has enough 4 pin peripheral connectors to support 4 individual molex fans.

    Yes it will fit.

    You just look at the size the case supports (ATX) and the size of the mb (ATX).

    Thanks. I have to vote the other guy as best answer because he answered my first question, but thanks anyway! I do have another question though... Is there some sort of adapter that will make it so it converts it into the 3 pin thing that is on motherboards? That way I could control the power which will change the fan speed. Right? Please also answer if I am wrong or not, and if I am wrong, will there be any reason to connect it to the motherboard.
