Ati 5800 card and cycling

5800 series video card and now and again the screen goes black and cycles with a little logo in the upper right corner. HDMI, VGA, and DVI with a little cable picture next to it.

I have a catalyst control center and everything is up to day with an acer monitor using windows 7. Need a hand here in figuring out how to stop this. Thanks.

Possibly monitor or cable going bad. Try monitor different computer, try different cable if neither is bad card periodically is loosing signal.
