I meant to change the memory to something with a lower profile than the high fins on that one.

Does anyone have a suggestion on a better memory choice?

Also, the video card situation... I would like to stay around $200. There were 2 7850s by Sapphire, one with 1 GB OCd and one with 2 GB, not OCd.

Which would be the better choice. Or can I get better performance elsewhere

id wait for some stock. you can always make do with intergrated for now.

there are other 7870s but they cost 30 dollars more or so

no. they dont. they will probably use UPS given its cheaper
