Best Fan Configuration MSI bios

i got a new built PC

got 4 fans, one at front, 2 on top and exhaust at the back?

Been trying to make them quieter, but with no end.

Been on the MSI bios and cant seem to get there... im not very pro these things, any suggestions?

You want to run a cool and stable machine or a laptop ?
Laptops are quiet (most times), desktops are NOT, I don't want my desktop quiet, because then I know I have a problem. The good fans are made to move as many CFMs as possible for the energy given, thus noisy. The bad ones are the opposite and will not cool your computer as much, still not as quiet as a laptop.
