Help Me Solve This Please. :))

Hi community! :pt1cable:

Does the Base Speed of the processor and the Front Side Bus of the motherboard affect each other?

E.g

I have FX8150 3.60GHz Processor with a base speed of 3600Mhz and a ASRock 970 Extreme4 with FSB (Front Side Bus) of 2600Mhz. Does the processor affect the FSB of the motherboard?

Sorry for my bad english. Clarify what i say if you want. LOL. :) :wahoo:
