Card for my new build?

going to have the i5-3570k on a AS Rock Z77. Display is 24 inch 1080 lcd.
Mainly for Arma 2, then ARma 3 and Simcity when they come out. Don't need very top of the line. Debating between waiting on the 660 ti, or getting the gtx 570, radeon 7850, or the radeon 7950.
Will be ordering from newegg. Possible OC'ing and SLI/crossfire. Opinions?

No 660 TI is a weakened 670. Get the 7970 and you are set.
