How can i activate WiFi in my tablet from my pc.

In short, to enable WiFi on any device needs to be done on the device itself, it cannot normaly be done remotely. If it's a windows based tablet, you could try a physical network connection and use remote desktop to control the tablet and enable the Wifi in the same manner as you would have done physically, but I honestly cant think of a single tablet with an ethernet port that would be required for this to work.
