System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming, web surfing

Parts Not Required:: mouse, monitor, speaker. MS Office

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: (e.g.: newegg.com, amazon.com –I also live by a Frys Electronics )

Country: USA
Parts Preferences: Prefer to have Intel CPU, i5 ivy is fine

SLI or Crossfire: ?

Monitor Resolution: going to use a tv
Additional Comments: Built a few a before, never a gaming machine. Would I need an extra fan to cool the CPU? It a good idea to have a SSD and HDD? Would like 16 GB ram. Looking fro something that will run borderlands 2 and skyrim on better than average settings and that can run a FPS with a a good frame rate ( top settings dont matter)
