Bad Power Supply? - OCCT test results

A couple of screenshots showing several circuits dropping to zero volts for a moment.
Is this a bad power supply? If it is, how bad is it? (This is the first time I've used OCCT.)

its normal , OCCT push CPU /GPU usage to the limit so some components/reading stops responding for some time. here I got a clock jump to 6.2ghz ( fake) by occt .. lol

u must check if the Temperatures go too high...

ps. if some voltage goes to 0 (zero) your system imediately shut down =) ..so its a error on reading
