3.0 to 3.3 Ghz OC

How big of a difference would i get in both gaming and application tasks in Windows 7 by overclocking my Phenom II X4 945 to 3.3 Ghz from 3.0 stock? In BIOS i have an auto overclock profile which clocks my cpu 10% which would make it to 3.3. Should i consider enabling that or just run stock?
I have stock cooler but temps never goes above 60C with either 3.0 and 3.3 Ghz.
