Simple, what is the best GPU I can get with my system?

I don't want to upgrade anything else, as i'm planning on building my own rig in the next few months. Just a card to tide me over until then.

HP Win 7 64bit
AMD Athlon II X4 630 @ 2.8GHz AM3 socket
Foxconn 2A92 MOBO
750GB 3.5'' HDD
8 GB DDR3 SDRAM 10600 (2X4 sticks)
Radeon HD 5450
Antec Earthwatts 380W PSU, only a couple months old.
26" LCD 1360X768 Native PnP

I know the 380W PSU limits me, just want to know what's the best card I could get with this setup.

7770, is a low power card, if you believe the power supply is the limit. It's also on the best value at the $130 mark.
