MB
I would go with a B75MB instead of the H77 since your budget is so tight. the main difference between the 2 chips sets is an additonal SATA 6G port. on a budget system I would expect that you will only need one for a future SSD drive. HDD's run on SATA 3G just fine.
B75 (saves RS1,495)

if you go with other than intel MB and wait until this is instock it would be my choice for a MB (saves an additional Rs 1,252)

RAM. I would get 2x2GB of ram instead or...

RAM. I would get 2x2GB of ram instead or 1x4gb. even at the expense of slightly slower ram (1600mhz cost a lot in india). the CPU being able to use dual channel ram with make up for the slower speed.
get 2 of these: (saves Rs 103)

the Intel and Gigabyte MB's both have 4 ram slots so you upgrade to more ram later.

These changes will free up some money for a better Powersupply and case. Power supplies that come as combo's are usually very cheap and have questionable reliability (except Antec).

you original case and psu isn't in stock and cost Rs 4,097 . my pics below CX 430 and CM311 cost Rs 5,143 (diff = Rs 1046)

Case:

Powersupply (either one of these)

I didn't see any HD 5670 DDR5's on that web site, so I can't tell what you were planning to spend on the GPU, but the above changes should add Rs 552 if you stay with an intel MB and Rs 1804 if you go with the Gigabyte MB, that you can put toward a better GPU

gpu wise the below would be the upgrade path over a HD5670 GDDR5 (which is really good entry level GPU, to bad they aren't making them anymore)

HD 6670 GDDR5 version or GT 640 (depends on price point)
HD 6750 GDDR5
GTS 450
GTX 650
HD 7750
HD 6770 or GTX 550ti (depends on price point)
HD 7770

Price performance wise for an entry level GPU this was the best deal I saw. not sure if it fits your budget or not, but it would be my choice off that site for an entry level GPU
HD 6770
