nokia 7600 3G - O2

i have a nokia 7600 3g phone (i.e on the Hutchinson Three network)
however when i loose signal, which can sometimes be in the most
annoying of situations, the phone latches on to the o2 signal. Three
claims that i can make calls, but i cant make calls i can only send
texts!!! if anyone has a solution please let me know, asap?

No what he means is the 3 roaming agreement with O2, if the 3 signal is
unavailable then 3 users have a right to use the O2 2G network I dont
know why you cannot make calls though sorry
