What power supply should I go with ?

hi , tomorrow I will get this rig : Core 2 Quad Q9650 , Sapphire HD 6950 , Asus P5G41T-M LX3 , HDD Seadate 750 GB , 8 GB Ram 1333 Mhz , so what PSU should I use for this ?

Any decent psu within 500-600W.

I'd go with around a 550W. It'll power all that with plenty of room to spare so that if you buy more hard drives or whatever you'll be fine. Of course, this isn't enough power for another GPU, so be careful of that.

For a system using a single Radeon HD 6950 graphics card AMD specifies a minimum of a 500 Watt or greater system power supply. The power supply should also have a maximum combined +12 Volt continuous current rating of 32 Amps or greater and have at least two 6-pin PCI Express supplementary power connectors.

Total Power Supply Wattage is NOT the crucial factor in power supply selection!!! Total Combined Continuous Power/Current Available on the +12V Rail(s) rated at 45°C - 50°C ambient temperature, is the most important factor.
