Replacing AMD A4-3400 APU with A8-5600K on a Touchsmart 320

I am currently using an HP Touchsmart 320 running on an AMD A4-3400 APU and I want to replace it withan A8-5600K APU. Firstly, is it possible to replace the CPU/APU of a touchsmart computer as I heard it is possible from the HP support site and if so would this be a safe upgrade with only 4gb of ram? Any help is appreciated.

I don't think it would work, 1st it is different core, Trinity vs Llano, 2nd TDP 100W vs 65W
