What do you think about EVGA GeForce GTX 550 Ti

Hi,
I'm going to buy EVGA GeForce GTX 550 Ti FPB 1GB VGA Card. What do you think about it. And also I have a problem with it. EVGA GF GTX 550 Ti needs a power line of 24A on +12V rails, but I don't have a such power line, My power line is 19A on +12V rails. At the end of a rail, there is a 4pin connector, (I know that EVGA GF GTX 550 Ti needs a 6pin connector, I have a 4 pin to 6pin converter.).
My problem is "Can I use the VGA on my Computer?" Please I need a rich answer(Because the card is too expensive for me and I can't waste my money)

You are more than likely looking at a PSU upgrade, what is the exact make?

The 550ti is ok depending on what games you want to play? There may be better options around that price.

What's your PSU make/manufacturer?
Like paddy said, you're likely to look into a PSU upgrade.

The GTX 550Ti is an okay card, but for the same price you could have gotten better options, like a HD 6770 or a HD 7770.

There are better options than the 550ti... like the 6850, 6870, 7770, etc...

...if you're talking about a 4-pin molex you'll need two (2) to connect to a PCIe 6-pin. Further, the 550ti doesn't need 24amps.

Max: 75w x 2 = 150w / 12v = 12.5amps (which you'll probably never use)

If you can bump up to a GTX 560, the extra performance is considerable, coupled with great overclocking capabilities, you will really get your money's worth.
