PSU Good Enough?

I was looking at the Radeon 6770 and saw its max power draw is less than 110W. How ever, can someone take a look at thes specs of my PSU and tell me if I have good enough AMPs or not? Thank you.

Yes you do that is a great PSU and will power that card and your rig without any issues.

The Antec Earthwatts 380W PSU is a decent, solid PSU that can run even a HD 6850. So it won't be having issues running a HD 6770.
