you should have an option to enable wifi broadcast on your phone, it will be labeled SSID. you will setup your phone just like a wifi router. many phones allow you to hardwire a connection via a proprietary cable or usb to avoid the wifi route. be sure to secure the wifi on your phone or anyone can connect to it while you have it on. i do not own this phone nor have i ever used it but this is just general experience talking.
