I'm getting a computer with an i5 3570k 4.4 ghz,800w psu,and asus sabertooth mobo
i know i'm asking for telepathy here but when it comes out i'll get a 780 and my question is,
will the i5 3570k bottleneck it?i'm just asking opinions so don't be like"I went into the future!"just opinions and also does anyone know if they'll run on pcie 3.0

It's not as simple as yes or no. In some scenarios you will be CPU bottlenecked. In others you will be GPU bottlenecked.

Basic rule of thumb if you have a balanced system then:

- where it matters you will always be GPU bottlenecked
- where it doesn't matter you will always be CPU bottlenecked.

Btw there is no better gaming CPU you can buy.
