CPU Replacement, and bottlenecking. (Help appreciated.)

System Specs:
Motherboard: N-Alvorix-RS880-uATX (Alvorix)
CPU: AMD Phenom II x2 521 (3.5GHz)
RAM: 10gb DDR3
PSU: 550wtt
GPU: eVGA: GTX 550Ti, 1gb.

I'd like to upgrade my processor, but I've run into a wall.
While browsing for a new CPU, I came across this, (AMD FX-4130 Zambezi 3.8GHz Socket AM3+ Quad-Core ).

Now, is this compliant with my motherboard? Researching the net has shown me that Socket AM3+ CPU's are compatible with AM3 Sockets.
But would this work sufficiently?
If not, then why?
And, again - if not, what would you recommend I upgrade to?

*Secondarily, it it possible that with my current set up, some bottle-necking may be occurring?
Could upgrading help me achieve a better frame rate when gaming?

Answers appreciated, it'd help me out and further my knowledge.

Cheers.

More about replacement bottlenecking help appreciated
  1. Your board does not support AM3+ CPU's. http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/Document.jsp?objectID=c02560084
There should not be a bottleneck in your system with the current GPU. You could though grab a 965BE and put in there.
