ohhh oops.
i forgot to say that the CPU is the only one not from Newegg.
im gonna go to a micro center near my house.
they have it for 159.99(my bad not 149.99)
but the price is only for in store pick up so cant order it online

I'm not sure why people are posting 650w psu's for those cards with expectations of over clocking and adding a second card later on. All the reviews point towards a 750w psu. Also you didn't specify what your intended use for this build is but if it's for gaming then skip the 16GB of RAM unless you plan on taking up professional video editing and/or Auto Cad. 8GB of RAM is over kill but it's dirt cheap atm and it's a way of future proofing. And another thing these Z77 boards are geared for Ivy Bridge and seeing how Ivy Bridge not only supports PCI-E 3.0, native 1600Hz RAM, USB 3.0, it also beats the 2500K in gaming. Check out the reviews hence the reason all of us on here recommend the Ivy Bridge over the Sandy Bridge.

That network card works a whole lot better on 5Ghz and seeing how it's a dual band card you just need the router to match it so you can get the most out of your connection.

Since he is going to be overclocking, and can find the 2500k for 159.99, that is by far his best choice. The 3570k isn't really worth the premium over the 2500k if your going to be overclocking.

Do you see that build I posted up above? Take a look at the build I posted and then scroll down to "total price". There's no reason why the OP should purchase last years tech geared for a P67/Z68 board when he can get the cpu to match the motherboard and still remain under his budget. The OP hosed himself on that over priced psu that's going to struggle trying to push dual 660 ti's in SLI, the 16GB of crappy XMS RAM (Vengeance is good, XMS is Corsair's ghetto line of RAM), the motherboard he chose cost more yet doesn't offer anything that the board I posted other than two extra SATA 6Gb ports, and he never checked Amazon. The worst part is that this is his second thread on here today and I posted almost an identical build on that thread as the one I posted on here and he still doesn't get it.

so if im going with i5- 2500k. what MB do u guys recommend ?

and there is a deal at the Micro center for 3570k + ASRock Z77 Extreme4 for $291.48

what should i do o.o ?

If you live near a microcenter (those deals are in store only) then get the board + 3570K there as a bundle deal. Also pick up the Sandisk 128GB SSD from microcenter for $79.99. The rest you can pick up from Amazon. If you don't live near a microcenter then take a good hard long look at that build I posted on here. Take your time checking it over. There's a reason we are recommending the Ivy Bridge cpu and if it's in your budget then don't screw yourself on a new build by going with a 2500K.

One other thing I would like to mention. Some people on here live in the past and they recommend those $80 cpu heat sinks like that Noctua not realizing that over clocking these Ivy Bridge cpu's doesn't gain you that much more FPS in games. Google some benches on that. That CM EVO I posted will allow you to over clock to 4.2Ghz with that board and you won't have to add any voltage to it and it's when you give these IB cpu's extra volts that they tend to heat up. 4.2Ghz with an IB cpu equals out to 4.4 Ghz - 4.5Ghz performance wise with a SB cpu. Keep that in mind.
